Sandra Bauman, Ph.D. Research Director

Dr. Bauman brings her 25+ years of experience in marketing research and consulting to her role as Director of Research. She is founder and principal of Bauman Research & Consulting, LLC, a Certified Woman-owned business (WBE) and Small business enterprise (SBE) with state of NJ. During her career in research, Dr. Bauman has designed and managed hundreds of studies for corporate and non-profit clients in the areas of corporate image, branding and positioning, strategic marketing, new product development and innovation, concept and name testing, and customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Erin Kelly, Creative Director

With 25+ years of experience at small and large New York and New Jersey agencies, Erin started her own design studio, Erin Kelly Design in 2001, She has created successful and award-winning design solutions for clients in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products and Tourism Industries. She brings extensive expertise in Design including logos, labels, posters & banners, brochures and all collateral elements. Erin has won numerous awards for her Wine Label designs.

Gene Sower, Digital Marketing Director

Gene is founder of Samson Media, a full-service digital company started in 2006, and has been building websites across many industries and selling online since 1995. He leads Internet Marketing Services, offering Clients website development and digital expertise for over 20 years.
